Loved by many of our professionals, this kit features two distinct blends, Espresso Grin and Espresso Smile, each selected to offer a unique perspective on the rich tapestry of coffee flavours. Espresso Grin is medium roasted for a rich, earthy mouthfeel and punchy coffee experience with notes that echo the traditional Italian espresso, while Espresso Smile offers a lighter, more nuanced profile with hints of chocolate, toasted almonds and fruit which just dance across the tongue.
For those who love cafetière, pour over, or drip brew, as with all Christopher Montrose Coffee, they deliver an equally delicious experience.
Coffee Grind: Medium
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon – 8 to 14g to taste of coffee per 6 to 8 fl oz of water.
Water Temperature: Between 195-205°F (90-96°C).
Brew Time: 4-6 minutes.
Additional Tips: Use fresh, filtered water for the best results. Adjust coffee grind size based on the machine’s brewing time.
Coffee Grind: Medium to Medium-Fine
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon – 8 to 14g to taste of coffee per 6 to 8 fl oz of water.
Water Temperature: Between 195-205°F (90-96°C).
Brew Time: 2-4 minutes.
Additional Tips: Pour water in a circular motion to ensure even extraction. Experiment with pouring techniques to manipulate the brew strength to taste.

Water Temperature: Just off the boil (around 200°F or 93°C).
